What documents are required to create a wholesale account?
To create a wholesale account, you only need an e-mail address and a password chosen by you.

Can I return purchased goods?
In the wholesale model, returns are not accepted. After purchasing the goods, the Partner cannot return the products.

Can I receive a collective invoice for several orders?
Each order is settled separately. We do not issue collective invoices.

Can I send an order using my own courier label?
No, we only ship orders using our own shipping labels.

Can I get a discount at the beginning of our cooperation?
At the beginning, you receive attractive wholesale prices, which may vary depending on the product. Individual quotations are available for orders above EUR 25,000 net or 33 pallets.

How can I get an individual quotation?
To receive an individual quotation, place a preliminary (non-binding) order on www.realb2b.pl above EUR 25,000 net. Please ignore the automatically sent pro forma invoice. Within a few hours, you will receive an e-mail from us titled “Individual Quotation.”

Are there any fees for creating an account?
No, wholesale account registration is completely free of charge.

What is the order processing time?
Orders paid by:

• 3:00 PM (GLS shipments up to 30 kg) are shipped the same day,
• 10:30 AM (pallet shipments) are also shipped the same day.

We make every effort to ensure that each order arrives quickly and safely.

Which courier companies do you use?
We usually ship orders via:

• GLS (parcels up to 30 kg)
• RABEN (pallet shipments)

Will I receive a collective invoice for several orders?

Can I place an order with cash on delivery?
No, every order must be paid for before shipment.

How much does delivery cost?

• GLS shipment (up to 30 kg) – price according to the current price list.
• Pallet shipment – according to the RABEN price list.

For orders above EUR 1,000 net, delivery is free of charge.

What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is EUR 200 net.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept traditional bank transfer.

How can I submit a complaint?
To submit a complaint, please send an e-mail to hurt@realneceny.com, providing the invoice number and a description of the issue.

How can I get the XML product feed?
After creating an account, send us a request to hurt@realneceny.com to activate the XML feed. Once activated (within up to 24 hours), you will find the file in the “My Details” section at the very bottom of the page.
