GLS Shipments
For GLS deliveries, a shipping charge of EUR 20 net applies per every 39 kg.

Orders from EUR 25,000 net or shipments of 33 pallets or more are priced individually. Please contact us for a quote.

A 5% discount applies to all Click & Collect orders. Please contact our customer service team to arrange collection.
Please note: To process your order under the Intra-Community Supply (WDT) procedure, the customer is required to complete and submit a WDT declaration. Orders collected using own transport cannot be processed without this document.

Order Cut-Off Times
Pallet shipments (Raben): orders placed and paid by 10:00 AM are dispatched the same day.
Courier shipments: orders placed and paid by 3:00 PM are dispatched the same day.
Payment confirmation must be received by email within the above cut-off times.
